If you have some time left, here are some excursions that we recommend in the region of Silvermine. 

Aguéli Museum 
Sweden's largest collection of paintings by Ivan Aguéli. 

Gårdsjö Elksafari 
You have the opportunity to see elks as you never seen before, not at a 100 yards, or 50 yards or even 10 yards away.. No, you will be so close you can nearly touch them. 

Little Istanbul
Sala Artist Jan-Erik Svennberg has built a fantasy landscape of Mosques, in miniature. 

Svartådalen 
Svartådalen is a unique culture landscape, rich in nature, and culture tradition. Historically a farming area, it still possesses a wealth of forests, lakes, hay meadows and open wetlands. Here is still room for birds and wildlife. 

Sätra Brunn 
This is a 300 years old health spa with Modern Spa, Restaurant, Hotel, Church and wonderful natural environment. 

Östanbäck's Monastery 
Östanbäck’s Monastery lies NW of Ringvalla. Established in 1970, the monastery is part of the Swedish National church. Sale of candles, smith work, other handicrafts products and equipment for bee keepers. Groups are welcomed by arrangement.
