This is Sala Silvermine

The Sala Silver Mine is owned by Sala SilverMine AB. Today, the Company is the sole owner of the Mine. The Company owns the property and the land around the Silver Mine and operates the Tours and Activities carried out there. It is also responsible for the hiring out of the premises to those businesses on the property.

The Company undertakes:
“To own, manage and develop the property and the Mine above and below ground. To further the continuation of the Mine’s Tourism, be responsible for its cultural heritage and the conservation of Nature around it”.

In the southern area of the mine lies one of Sweden’s most exciting and beautifully situated adventure courses, with several stimulating features such as ropeways, hanging bridges and other challenges at high altitudes.

Cave diving in Sala Silvermine!
There is one way only to explore Sala Silvermine below the 155 meter level. Take on a wetsuit and take a dive into this adventurous environment. A group of very experienced cave divers is currently spending time with exploring those parts of the mine that are under water level. In the future there might be a possibilty for showing this scenery to other divers as well.
