DIREKTÖRSBOSTADEN

Direktörsbostaden was built in 1823 as the bookkeepers service residence and was extended and rebuilt in the 1890s when the chief mining inspector, August Heberle, and his family moved in.

On the ground floor, which is used for meetings and conferences, there is a large lounge, kitchen, a smaller room, two bathrooms and a large entrance hall. You can seat up to 40 people in the large lounge. The smaller rooms, as well as the entrance hall, can be used as group and discussions rooms. The entire floor can be reserved for the conference.

In konstmästargården

CHRISTINARUMMET

Christinarummet is located on the upper floor in Konsmästargården. This house was the home for the chief engineer. He was primary responsible for the important water system and its machinery

Konstmästargården also functions as Sala Silvergruvas restaurant. There are dining areas both downstairs and upstairs.

The maximum capacity for Christinarummet is 14 people.

KONFERENS & ÖVERNATTNING

Marketenteriets lounge

Conference and stay overnight in the same place! On the ground floor of Marketenteriet there is a large lounge, optimal for slightly larger groups. The house was built with the purpose of housing miners in the beginning of the 20th century, but, since the mine closed, it was never used as a residence house.
Since 2008, Markententeriet Sala Silvergruva is an STF-affiliated hostel.

The large lounge, that´s located in the downstairs area, is a great conference facility that can be arranged in several different seating constellations. It´s also possible to rent the entire house, and then also have access to the upstairs rooms for an overnight stay. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 31 adults.

The maximum capacity for the lounge in Marketenteriet is 50 people in cinema seating.

KONFERENSRUM

GÄSTABUDSSALEN

För konferensgruppen som vill ha en riktigt annorlunda upplevelse finns Gästabudssalen i gruvan att tillgå. Gästabudssalen är inhyst i en av gruvans tillmakade, större gruvorter på Ulrica Eleonora botten, som ligger på 155 meters djup. Salen är uppvärmd till rumstemperatur, vilket gör det möjligt att vistas en längre period i den för övrigt två-gradiga gruvan.

Precis som i våra andra konferenslokaler finns även här storbildsprojektor samt alla andra nödvändiga detaljer. Vattenspolande toalett finns alldeles utanför salen. Maxkapaciteten ligger här på 30 personer och med tanke på bland annat akustik och logistik erbjuds endast halvdagskonferens i Gästabudssalen.
